HORRIBLE Customer Service or I should say Non-existent

Ordered 600.00 in outdoor bar stools. Payment was taken from my bank account in 1 day but we have not seen any bar stools and NOBODY will answer an email since that's the only way to contact them. I want to cancel and get refund but I doubt that's possible either. I just want OUT and my money back.

4 emails later NOTHING. How in the world am I going to get my money back now.

By far the worst company and possibly a scam. I paid $516.03 for a couch they said would arrive days ago, and it never came. Within the same day of purchasing it, I requested a cancellation, they told me I can’t cancel, so I requested a return and refund, they haven’t not answered me. When you call their line you never get a human, I’ve called every day for 5 days and sent dozens of emails, they don’t help. they lie and steal from people and I will be taking this to some type of authorities because no one should be allowed to harm people like this. I have to pay rent and they have $516.03 of mine and I have no couch and no refund. Every time I say give me a refund and return they say we can’t cancel even though that’s not what I’m asking for. Look at their reviews, I pray that they close down

All in good time....

I bought a pair of flamingo chair cushions for my kitchen table. They cost $50, which is pricy but I wanted the print. It took over a month for them to arrive, with me having to follow up with the company several times to ask what was going on. The quality was poor and so I returned them, after requesting return information several times. They received the cushions back pretty quickly but two weeks later had still not issued a refund. It wasn't until I contacted them again (4th time?) that the refund process was started. This, despite their website promising a refund 3-5 days after receipt of returned merchandise. They charged me $10 to return their poor quality product. Thanks, Dot&Bo, for a very unfulfilling shopping experience that cost me $10.

Receiving Date Off by a Month

I was supposed to receive my order on 2/10. On 2/15, I contacted Dot & Bo. I not only hadn't received my order, there had been no tracking updates since 2/5.

Dot & BO responded that once processed, the order would take 20 business days to arrive. So the real delivery date is about one month later than I was told. The response included no acknowledgment that the information they originally provided had no basis in reality. No apology either.

I just checked the item I ordered. The web site says delivery by 3/9. More likely delivery would be in April based on my experience.

Shipping has been a problem everywhere lately, but no excuse for misleading web sites. I'm going to have the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card company: I won't pay until I receive my order.

Awful company

This company will not refund me for product that was never delivered to me…. They feel like they can just keep my money and I never got anything I paid for!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam...

I ordered 2 beautiful French carved chairs. They both arrived with BROKEN legs. FedEx had an opportunity to leave them under a covered porch. They chose to leave them uncovered and in the rain.

I am disabled. The shipping boxes were ruined. I was told to purchase new boxes, print the return labels and send back.

What?

You locked me out of my account and then expect me to print return labels.

You are fraudulent and thieves.

Customer Service is VERY unprofessional and insulting.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Beautiful!

This comforter set is gorgeous, and is a real bargain considering all the extra pillows and shams that come with it. I would definitely recommend this set, you won't be disappointed!

I am about to place an order, though really pondering based on the above reviews. My question is, what in the world is a delivery surcharge? You are advertising free shipping, which code I used and it took $20 off, but there is a $40 delivery surcharge. That's crazy.

I ordered 3 items a few days ago. One has been shipped to the correct address, the second it's been shipped to a wrong one, and the third, who knows what will happen. How is it possible?! I got the 3 items ordered together (so one shipping address!). FedEx said only Dot&Bo can change the shipping address, but there's no customer center phone number to call, only email. What if I don't get a reply on time?

The only way a got a solution from them was to walk-in on their "secured" office... that it happens to be a block from mine. Their customer service is horrible. Endless emails and don't get it anywhere.

The # is 800-693-9937 for customer service. Press prompts as if placing an order then you will get a human (sort of) Good luck! This is hands down the WORST company I have ever purchased from! They don't have any of the items in stock, they are just middle men who charge out of control shipping and horrible customer service!

I was given a credit on an item that I did not like but I can't find that credit anywhere. My account reflects "0" credit. I thought I had a year to redeem it.

A:

It probably expired already, that's what they do to make you feel better, they credit you but never tell you you only have a few days to use it!

After I clicked once on a Dot and Bo ad, I was apparently added to the email list unbeknownst to me. Now I recieve a ton of junk mail from them. I have already unsubscibed a month ago, and still get the emails. Now each time I try to re-unsubscribe a box pops up asking me to put in my email to begin my "shopping experience". I want to be removed from the Dot and Bo email list please. Otherwise I will need to report. Please change the auto re-routing that is occurring when someone tries to change preferences or unsubscribe.

I called 800-693-9937, pressed 2 for "placing an order" and told the representative I had been trying unsuccessfully to "unsubscribe" to their website but was prevented by a pop up blocker screen. She did it for me immediately and I got an email confirmation within about 1 minute.

I was supposed to receive my order yesterday, ordered several weeks ago. When will it come?

A:

Ironically enough, after we removed the fixture and replaced it we put it back in the box and packing it came to us in. It was the that we noticed a Dot & Bo previous return authorization on the bottom of the box. It was apparent the tag was put on, not by accident, but had been returned from a previous customer and resent to my daughter! WE did receive the full refund finally but never again.
